USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Fill the bath with warm to hot water, with the ideal temperature of the water at 32°C – 40°C for relaxation and sleep benefits. Once the bath is filled to your satisfaction, drop the bath bomb in the water and watch the fizz as the aroma fills your at-home spa. After entering the bath and cleansing your body, prepare to meditate and turn on this Wheel of Awareness meditation.
Soaking for 15-30 minutes is recommended.
