These shower or face steamer nuggets are designed for cold or flu relief. They are an excellent natural alternative to Vaporub shower steamers.
Filled with de-congesting essential oils including peppermint and eucalyptus, as well camphor and linalool isolates, these potent menthol shower steamers provide a soothing, relaxing experience. Add mindfulness to your shower through the recording linked on the jar lid.
QUANTITY:
Each jar comes with 10 steamer nuggets. 2-4 nuggets may be used in a shower, depending on scent sensitivities. 1 nugget can be used in 1-2 litre hot water face steam.
END-OF-LIFE JAR USE:
Re-use the jar after use as tea or spice containers, q-tip containers, jewelry containers, or as containers for other household goods. Jars may be used for pickling. Alternatively, recycle the glass jar.

HOW TO USE: These nuggets may be used as shower steamers or face steamers.
To transform your shower into a soothing spa and ease your cold and or flu symptoms, place 2-4 steamer nuggets on the shower floor near the water flow. As the warm water touches the nuggets, they release a delicate blend of essential oils and terpene isolates, enveloping you in a soothing, aromatic experience that eases respiratory congestion and promotes overall relaxation. To intensify the scent, position the steamers directly in the water’s path. 2-4 steamers are designed to provide 1-2 luxurious showers, depending on duration and placement.
Alternatively, use the nuggets as face steamers by filling a bowl with 1-2 litres of boiling water. Drop one nugget into the water and allow to fully dissolve. Steam your face over the hot water with towel over your head, covering the bowl. Breathe in slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes to relieve de-congestion.
